These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of baje77.app and all products, games, and services provided by baje77 (collectively, the "Platform"). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical failure before its result is determined, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

baje77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete identity or payment verification; chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player; and requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and completion of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

In the event of a dispute between a player and baje77, the player should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. baje77 will acknowledge all complaints within two (2) business days and aims to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving complete documentation from the player.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, baje77 may refer the matter to an independent arbitration process. Both parties agree that any arbitration outcome is final and binding. Class action claims against baje77 are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Entire Agreement. Severability. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of baje77. baje77 may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.

Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
